icon	-	Icon type (wait or normal)

Description:

This procedure changes the cursor icon. If the value of the argument is "wait," the cursor changes to either an Xlib watch or a windows hourglass. Any other value of the argument returns the cursor to its normal state.

Return Value:

None.

Exceptions:

None.

Example:

# Change the cursor to the wait icon, call a proc,
# and then change the cursor back.

rcl_set_cursor wait
myproc
rcl_set_cursor normal
